Our travel agent was absolutely fantastic. Our drivers were always on time and friendly. Reservations at our hotels competent and courteous. Trip excursions were well timed and fun. And when our flight got canceled in the middle of Europe, our travel agent was on top of it and got us on our way as quickly as possible. Amazing trip, thank you for making it happen.

Anna was amazing to work with. She really listened to what we were looking for and worked to make sure every selection was tailored to our needs. She was super friendly and a joy to work with, but also very professional. We were traveling for our honeymoon so probably a little bit more needy than average travelers, but Anna was there at every turn and very responsive. We are also a gay couple and Anna made sure to select destinations and vendors where were welcomed and comfortable. She was also with us every step of the way during the trip. One example that stands out is when one of our connecting flights was canceled while we were on the first flight leg. As soon as we landed Anna had sent us very detailed messages of what we needed to do and had already called the airline to coordinate a new flight. If we didn’t have her we would have been lost. I would (and have) recommended Anna to friends. So glad we found her!

We really enjoyed our trip to Japan. Anna was very helpful in assisting to plan our trip and make the best of our time traveling.
