Our travel agent was absolutely fantastic. Our drivers were always on time and friendly. Reservations at our hotels competent and courteous. Trip excursions were well timed and fun. And when our flight got canceled in the middle of Europe, our travel agent was on top of it and got us on our way as quickly as possible. Amazing trip, thank you for making it happen.

Anna was amazing to work with. She really listened to what we were looking for and worked to make sure every selection was tailored to our needs. She was super friendly and a joy to work with, but also very professional. We were traveling for our honeymoon so probably a little bit more needy than average travelers, but Anna was there at every turn and very responsive. We are also a gay couple and Anna made sure to select destinations and vendors where were welcomed and comfortable. She was also with us every step of the way during the trip. One example that stands out is when one of our connecting flights was canceled while we were on the first flight leg. As soon as we landed Anna had sent us very detailed messages of what we needed to do and had already called the airline to coordinate a new flight. If we didn’t have her we would have been lost. Anna is very professional and works well with her clients. She’s with us all throughout the trip regardless of time. She is very well organized and the trip was well planned because of her. Anna sends a reminder prior to the event and updates the trip plans so everything may be viewed from transportation, hotel, and excursions. We really enjoyed our trip to Japan. Anna was very helpful in assisting to plan our trip and make the best of our time traveling. This is our second time using Anna for a long vacation and she has been consistently a pleasure to work with. We threw a lot at her on this vacation since it was a family affair and we had people converging from four states into Barcelona at different times and then leaving to different destinations. Not only does Anna plan everything in great detail she is with you every step of the way during your trip. One person lost luggage on the way to Europe and she was on top of it with the airline trying to track it. Going home two people’s flights were cancelled and she had them rebooked within an a few minutes. I’m not sure she sleeps! Highly recommend!

If you are visiting a new destination, it helps to have an advisor to avoid a “hit or miss”. If you dont know someone local, then have an advisor guide do it for you. Anna did all the work for us from booking the flights, reserving the hotel and planning the tours during the trip. It was such a great experience. I could not imagine our trip without her guidance. She was communicative and accessible throughout the whole process leading up to the trip by helping us prepare and during the trip.
